ZenBa Roam ("ZenBa Roam", "we", "us") provides travel eSIM data plans and a small range of physical goods. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We collect only what we need to run the service, and we never sell your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

Account

• Your email and name when you create an account (or via Sign in with Apple / a one-time email sign-in link). Passwords are managed securely by Firebase Authentication; we never see them.

Orders & shipping

• Purchase history and order details. For physical goods, the shipping name, address, and optional phone number you enter.

eSIM service data

• The eSIM plans assigned to you, technical identifiers (e.g. ICCID), and data-usage/validity information used to power your in-app eSIM dashboard.

Device & diagnostics

• A push-notification token (for order and eSIM alerts), basic device/OS information, app-interaction analytics, and crash diagnostics to keep the app reliable.

Payments

• Payments are processed by PayPal. We receive a transaction reference to confirm your order — we do not receive or store your full card or bank details.

We do not collect precise GPS location. Shipping addresses are entered by you; address autocomplete suggestions are provided by Google Maps Platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and secure your account, and provide customer support.
• Provision and manage your eSIMs and fulfill physical-goods orders.
• Send transactional messages — order confirmations, your eSIM install guide, shipping, refunds, and low-data / expiry alerts (email and push).
• Prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• Measure and improve app performance and reliability.

3. Third-Party Services

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers to deliver the service:

These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-app advertising.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• You can delete your account anytime in the app: Account → Delete account. This removes your personal data and signs you out.
• We may retain limited order and transaction records where required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

5. Your Rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Use in-app account deletion, or contact us at support@zenba.store and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Children's Privacy

ZenBa Roam is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your data is restricted by security rules to your own account, and provider secrets are kept server-side, never in the app.

8. International Users

Your data is processed on Google/Firebase and the above providers' infrastructure, which may be located in other countries. By using the app you consent to this processing.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.

ZenBa Roam（“我们”）提供旅行 eSIM 流量套餐及少量实体商品。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、用途以及您的选择。我们仅收集运营服务所必需的信息，且绝不出售您的个人数据。

1. 我们收集的信息

• 账户：创建账户（或通过 Apple 登录 / 一次性邮件登录链接）时的邮箱和姓名。密码由 Firebase 身份验证安全管理，我们无法看到。
• 订单与配送：购买记录与订单详情；购买实体商品时您填写的收货姓名、地址及可选电话。
• eSIM 服务数据：分配给您的 eSIM 套餐、技术标识（如 ICCID）以及用量/有效期信息，用于在应用内展示 eSIM 面板。
• 设备与诊断：推送通知令牌（用于订单与 eSIM 提醒）、基本设备/系统信息、应用交互分析及崩溃诊断。
• 支付：支付由 PayPal 处理。我们仅接收交易凭证以确认订单，不会接收或存储您的完整卡号或银行信息。

我们不收集精确 GPS 位置。收货地址由您填写；地址自动补全由 Google Maps Platform 提供。

2. 信息用途

• 创建并保护您的账户，提供客户支持。
• 开通和管理您的 eSIM，并履行实体商品订单。
• 发送交易类通知——订单确认、eSIM 安装指南、发货、退款及低流量/到期提醒（邮件与推送）。
• 防范欺诈与滥用，并履行法律、税务及会计义务。
• 衡量并改进应用性能与稳定性。

4. 数据保留与删除

• 您可随时在应用内删除账户：我的 → 删除账户。这将删除您的个人数据并登出。
• 为满足法律、税务及会计要求，我们可能保留有限的订单与交易记录。

5. 您的权利

您可以访问、更正、导出或删除您的个人数据。请使用应用内删除账户功能，或通过 support@zenba.store 联系我们。

6. 儿童隐私

ZenBa Roam 面向成年人（18 岁以上），不面向儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童数据。

7. 安全

数据在传输中加密（HTTPS/TLS）。安全规则将数据访问限制为您本人账户，第三方密钥仅保存在服务器端，绝不置于应用中。

8. 国际用户

您的数据在 Google/Firebase 及上述服务商的基础设施上处理，可能位于其他国家/地区。使用本应用即表示您同意此类处理。

9. 政策更新

我们可能不时更新本政策，重大变更将在此处更新并标注新的生效日期。
