Privacy Policy
Zen家宝 (ZenJiabao), developed by ZenBa, is a calm bilingual baby-tracking app with an optional, moderated community. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Account info — email address, password (hashed by Firebase Auth), preferred language, and an optional public @handle and display name.
- Information about your baby — name (or nickname), date of birth, optional sex.
- Tracking entries — feeding, sleep, diaper changes, weight/length/head, milestones, and notes you add.
- Moments — photos and videos you save into the Moments gallery.
- Audio recordings — if you use Sound Insights, baby sound/cry recordings you capture, which are analyzed by AI and stored under your account (older recordings are pruned automatically).
- Community content — if you opt to post publicly: the photo/video/audio, caption, comments, likes, your @handle/display name, and who you follow.
- Caregiver invites & family messages — emails of people you invite, and text/photos exchanged in the private caregiver chat.
- Apple Health — if you grant permission, we read sleep and weight samples you choose to import, and (with your permission) write weight you log back to Health.
- Advertising & purchases — an advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking when prompted), and subscription/purchase status for Pro.
- Usage data — device model, OS version, app interactions, crash reports.
- AI data — text, images, audio, or context you submit to AI features is sent to Google (Vertex AI / Gemini) for processing.
2. Private by default — public only by your choice
Your baby's tracking data and family content are private to you and the caregivers you invite. Content becomes visible to other Zen家宝 users only when you deliberately post a moment to the community.
- We never make your baby's private data public or share it with strangers, advertisers, or data brokers.
- When you post to the community, that content (and your @handle/display name) is visible to other signed-in users and may appear in others' feeds and on your public profile.
- You can make your public profile private, delete any community post at any time, and block or report other users.
- Deleting your account removes your data, including community posts.
3. Community, Public Content & Moderation
The optional community lets adults share parenting moments. To keep it safe we operate layered moderation:
- Zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior — you accept this when you post.
- Automated checks on captions and comments (a word filter plus AI classification), and an on-device check for explicit imagery before a photo or video is shared.
- Report & block — you can report any post or comment and block any user; blocked users' content disappears from your feed. Reported content can be auto-hidden and is queued for human review.
- Human review & enforcement — our team reviews reports (typically within 24 hours) and can remove content and warn, suspend, or ban accounts.
4. Advertising
Zen家宝 shows ads through Google AdMob, including occasional rewarded videos you can watch to earn extra AI credits.
- On iOS we ask for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you still see ads, but they are non-personalized and no advertising identifier is used to track you.
- We do not sell your data to advertisers. Zen家宝 Pro removes ads.
5. How We Use Your Information
- To show accurate summaries, charts, reminders, and tips.
- To let caregivers you invite view or contribute to tracking.
- To power AI features — Ask Zen, captions, weekly summaries, Sound Insights, soothing, Family Harmony, and anniversary videos.
- To operate the optional community and keep it safe (moderation, reporting, blocking).
- To show ads and manage subscriptions, and to improve reliability and diagnose crashes.
We do not sell your personal data. Data sent to Google for AI processing is not used to train Google's models.

7. Data Retention & Deletion
- You can delete your account any time — Profile → Account → Delete account.
- Deletion locks your account immediately and removes your baby data, Moments, and community posts after a 24-hour review window.
- Reports, audit logs, and child-safety records may be retained longer where required for legal or safety compliance.
8. Children's Privacy
Zen家宝 is intended for parents and caregivers 18 years and older. The app — including the community — is not directed at children and is not for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 using the app independently. If you believe a minor created an account, please contact us.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. Contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.
10. Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase security rules per family, hashed credentials, and admin allow-lists for moderation. Use a strong, unique password for the best protection.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. The "Effective" date above always reflects the current version.

Zen家宝 是由 ZenBa 开发的一款安静、双语的宝宝记录应用，并提供可选的、受审核的社区功能。本政策说明我们收集哪些数据、如何使用，以及您拥有的选择权。
1. 我们收集的信息
- 账号信息——电子邮箱、密码（由 Firebase Auth 哈希存储）、语言偏好，以及可选的公开 @用户名和昵称。
- 关于宝宝的信息——昵称、出生日期，以及可选的性别。

- 社区内容——若您选择公开发布：照片/视频/音频、文字说明、评论、点赞、您的 @用户名/昵称，以及您关注的对象。
- 家人邀请与留言——您邀请之人的邮箱，以及私密家人聊天中的文字与图片。
- Apple 健康——经您授权后，我们读取您选择导入的睡眠和体重数据，并（经授权）将您记录的体重写回健康。
- 广告与购买——广告标识符（仅在您允许追踪时）、以及 Pro 的订阅/购买状态。
- 使用数据——设备型号、系统版本、应用交互记录、崩溃报告。
- AI 数据——您提交给 AI 功能的文字、图片、音频或上下文会发送给 Google（Vertex AI / Gemini）处理。
2. 默认私密——仅在您选择时公开
宝宝的记录数据与家庭内容仅对您及您邀请的照看人可见。只有当您主动将某个瞬间发布到社区时，内容才会对其他 Zen家宝 用户可见。
- 我们绝不会公开宝宝的私密数据，也绝不会与陌生人、广告商或数据中介共享。
- 当您发布到社区时，该内容（及您的 @用户名/昵称）会对其他登录用户可见，可能出现在他人信息流和您的公开主页中。
- 您可以将公开主页设为私密，随时删除任意社区帖子，并屏蔽或举报其他用户。
- 注销账号会删除您的数据，包括社区帖子。
3. 社区、公开内容与内容审核
可选的社区供成年人分享育儿瞬间。为保障安全，我们采用多层审核：
- 对令人反感的内容或滥用行为零容忍——发布时您即表示接受。
- 对文字说明和评论进行自动检测（敏感词过滤 + AI 分类），并在分享照片或视频前进行设备本地的露骨图像检测。
- 举报与屏蔽——您可举报任意帖子或评论、屏蔽任意用户；被屏蔽用户的内容将从您的信息流消失。被举报内容可被自动隐藏并进入人工审核队列。
- 人工审核与处置——我们的团队通常在 24 小时内审核举报，可移除内容并对账号进行警告、暂停或封禁。
4. 广告
Zen家宝 通过 Google AdMob 展示广告，包括您可观看以赚取额外 AI 额度的奖励视频。
- 在 iOS 上，我们会请求追踪许可（App Tracking Transparency）。若您拒绝，仍会看到广告，但为非个性化广告，且不会使用广告标识符追踪您。
- 我们不会将您的数据出售给广告商。开通 Zen家宝 Pro 可去除广告。
5. 我们如何使用这些信息
- 展示准确的小结、图表、提醒和小贴士。
- 允许您邀请的家人查看或共同记录。
- 提供 AI 功能——问问 Zen、智能配文、每周小结、声音洞察、安抚、家庭和谐、纪念视频。
- 运营可选社区并保障其安全（审核、举报、屏蔽）。
- 展示广告、管理订阅，并提升稳定性、诊断崩溃。
我们不会出售您的个人数据。发送给 Google 进行 AI 处理的数据不会用于训练 Google 的模型。

7. 数据保留与删除
- 您可随时在应用内删除账号——"我的"→"账户"→"注销账号"。
- 删除会立即锁定账号，所有宝宝数据、照片与社区帖子会在 24 小时审核窗口后永久清除。
- 出于法律或安全合规需要，举报、审计日志与儿童安全记录可能依法保留更久。
8. 儿童隐私
Zen家宝 面向 18 周岁及以上的家长和照看人。本应用（包括社区）并非面向儿童，也不供儿童使用。我们不会有意收集 18 周岁以下用户独立使用时的信息。如发现未成年人创建了账号，请联系我们。
9. 您的权利
根据您所在地区的法律，您可能有权访问、更正、导出或删除您的个人数据，并向当地数据保护机构投诉。请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
10. 安全
传输加密（HTTPS/TLS）、按家庭设置的 Firebase 安全规则、密码哈希存储、以及对审核工具的管理员白名单。建议使用强且唯一的密码。
11. 政策变更
我们可能会随产品演进更新本政策。重大变更会通过应用内通知或邮件告知。本页顶部的"生效日期"始终反映当前版本。
