Our commitment
Ping语 (formerly Ping Me), developed by ZenBa, is an anonymous, bilingual (English/Chinese) 1-on-1 chat app intended for users 18 years of age and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA), and any content that endangers minors.
1. Age Requirement
Ping语 is restricted to users aged 18 and older. This is enforced by:
- An age declaration during account creation. Users must provide their age, and accounts created with an age under 18 are rejected.
- A Terms of Service that explicitly prohibits use by anyone under 18.
- Distribution restrictions on the App Store and Google Play set to 17+ / Mature 17+ respectively.
- Active removal of any account we discover to be operated by or impersonating a minor.
2. Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited on Ping语 and will result in immediate, permanent account removal and a report to law enforcement where applicable:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, in any form (image, video, voice, text description, AI-generated, illustrated, or otherwise).
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexualization of minors, including roleplay involving minors.
- Content that depicts, encourages, normalizes, or trades CSAM.
- Sharing personally identifying information about a minor without consent of their legal guardian.
- Off-platform contact requests directed at minors.
- Sextortion, financial sextortion, or coercion involving minors.
3. Prevention Measures
We use a combination of automated detection and human moderation to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation:
- Pre-send keyword scanning. All outgoing messages are scanned on-device against a continually updated list of CSAE-related terms in English and Chinese. Matching messages are not blocked outright but raise an interstitial that warns the sender; repeat offenders are flagged for review.
- Recipient-side warnings. Incoming messages flagged by the same scanner show an inline warning that lets the recipient report in one tap.
- One-tap reporting. Every chat and every individual message exposes a Report flow with reasons that include "Inappropriate" (which covers CSAM/CSEA) and "Harassment".
- Human moderation queue. Reports are reviewed by trained ZenBa moderators in a private admin tool. Most reports are actioned within 24 hours.
- Block. Users can immediately block another user, preventing all further contact.
- Account suspension and ban. Moderators can warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts. Banned accounts cannot re-register the same email for 24 hours, and their data is queued for permanent deletion.
- Short data retention. All chat content is automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days, reducing the window in which any harmful material can exist.
4. Reporting and Cooperation with Authorities
Ping语 complies with all relevant child safety laws in the jurisdictions where the app is available, including reporting obligations under the U.S. 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (NCMEC reporting) and equivalent international frameworks where applicable.
- Suspected CSAM is preserved and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
- We cooperate in good faith with valid legal requests from law enforcement, including preservation requests, subpoenas, and search warrants, in accordance with our terms of service and applicable law.
- We retain limited records of accounts removed for child-safety violations for legal-compliance purposes, even after the 30-day chat retention window.
5. How to Report
Anyone — including non-users — can report a child-safety concern to us. We respond to all credible reports.
- In-app: Long-press a message and choose Report, or tap the 3-dot menu in a chat header and choose Report user.
- Email: ZenBaInc@gmail.com — please use subject "Child Safety" so we can triage faster. Include URLs, usernames, screenshots, or any other context.
- If you believe a child is in immediate danger: contact local law enforcement first, then notify us.
6. Designated Point of Contact
ZenBa — Child Safety Lead

7. Updates to These Standards
We may update these standards as the product evolves or as legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. The "Effective" date above always reflects the current version.
